Aeroactive Cooler 6 update failed

When i first installed the cooler , the update pop-up , along the update happened , suddenly it failed then after that i remove the cooler and tried to attach back to phones , hoping the update would pop-up again but it never happens , i cant even control it using armoury crate ... Any help or solutions ?

Except the Hardware which seems more reliable on the 6D, A large part of the bugs are found on the 6 / 6pro and 6D, you are sure that it needs to go to the service center, I vote 99% that this problem on the 6D is common with the 6/6Pro

From the information given it seems that the firmware update got interrupted and might have caused issues, that's why I recommended the Service Center since the AAC is not responding.

Yes it's true, to confirm it will be necessary to stop and restart the ROG6 without the fan, then reconnect it.
If the ROG recognizes the fan and wants to make a bet, which will certainly fail, it's a firmware problem.
If not, the firmware of the fan has been permanently broken by the update stop and the solution is the service center
