I recently bought the ROG5 ultimate off of Flipkart (the designated retailer) in India. On receiving the phone it turned out there was no goodie box provided by the seller (apparently all ultimate owners get one) also the charger in the box is a 30W charger and not the 65W one that should have come. Who do I approach as the seller is a third party and not Asus directly. And I am not getting any reply from him.
