You are very correct. My device came as cn version [tencent]. The vendor has uploaded the ww version software. My ota software update is not working and I was doing the updates manually. And now I can't update. This is a very bad situation. Please help. And now it's manually installed on my phone 31.0210.021 0.272 Version software installed
