Please tell us some basic information before asking for help: Model Name: Asus ROG 5 Firmware Version:18.0840.2109.188 Rooted or not: NO Frequency of Occurrence: APP Name & APP Version Google play store version 27.8.14-21 [0] [PR] 406451942 Hi good day I have updated my ROG 5 to the latest version at moment everything is working as normal before the update but now after the update I'm unable to make in app purchases so I removed my bank card details and try and put them in again but giving me a error code and won't accept my card details and even add a different bank card from someone else same problem so I have contact Google they reviewed my account they said everything is fine it might be related to my bank then I went to the bank and they said they check everything is fine on there side aswell so it's definitely the latest update for the rog 5 I have clear cache and data and reinstall the factory google play store doesn't fix the problem so the error code I'm getting is OR-CCSEH-22 when entering my card details in Google pay and it's declined all the time please I need a solution ========================================
Hi @Mandalorian , I will move your thread to the correct section on ROG 5 😉 Also regarding Google Pay, please try clearing cache of google Pay app, that should make it work again.
