SIMCARD SLOT 2 PROBLEM

Hi. I'm from Malaysia, currently facing a problem on my newly bought Asus ROG Phone 5 16/256.
I'm using 2 sim for my phone & my preferred mobile data is sim slot 2. Both are different operator.
My problem is sim slot 2 always randomly not detected my simcard. As far as i writing this, already 4 times it happened. (Can refer attached screenshot)
The solution is to restart the phone, then it will back to normal.
My fon is on latest android system.
It is my phone faulty or the android system software got bug?

Loose SIM card slot will caused the card losing the connection with the reader of the device. Solution: You can try to apply some pressure to the slot check again if the slot hold the SIM properly. 3. Dust over the slot and SIM card reader making the slot incapable of reading the card properly.

I'm so sorry to hear about this issue! Can you please back up your data and perform a data reset:

[Settings] > [Backup & Reset] > [Reset Phone]

If this does not work, it will be best to visit a service center or contact the place you purchased from to get a replacement.
