ROG PHONE 6 - VoLTE and VoWIFI options not showing up.

4. Frequency of Occurrence: Always
5. APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): N/A

Long story short:
-I'm trying to setup my Galaxy Watch 4 LTE
-For that i need VoWIFI and VoLTE on my phone
-My operator said "your phone isn't compatible"
-Asus said "your phone is compatible. it's your operator that isn't compatible".

The option not showing up anywhere.
I tried everything, including reset the phone, change the simcard slot, call many times asus and my operator... i don't know what to do anymore.

One other thing: the options doesn't show up on the phone either (nothing to "activate" or "desactivate" it)
