Also the phone not turning on I tried to charge in each of the phone port no one of them work the phone look completely dead 😞

Irene2_ASUSI contact them and since I bought my phone from china it's have a local warranty and they will fix the phone with fee only even if it's there problem the phone stop charging and they don't want to fix there problemHi @nabihamer,
