The phone's wifi stopped working a month ago and ASUS customer care has not provided a working solution. None of the service centres near me does service on ASUS phones. Now, the phone's restart animation happened randomly when the phone was on 61% battery, and then the phone just stopped working. It is not charging or turning on. I have put a compliant with ASUS customer service and also sent them feedback. I am very disappointed with this product as it's quality has been going from bad to worse in only 3 months. I am trying to file a warranty claim now, but that is a long process too.
