When I dial a number and hit the call button, phone gets locked and calling does not take place. I have to restart the phone to call Everytime. I called customer care they told me to factory reset. This helped me just for an hour. Once I installed my apps from playstore, same issue I am facing. Phone is for calling and if I can't do that, whats the use of it? Hi @REMSON, I'll recommend you to perform SMMI test for that: Open calculator and type .12345+= Then tap on "Single Test" and perform the vibration tests. If test fails then you will need to visit your local Asus Service Center.
