My ROG phone 5s cannot turn on wifi and hotspot

Last night my phone restarted by itself. After it turned on wifi and hotspot are unable to be turned on. The button just turned grey and didnt turned on at all. Is this an android 13 issue?

I'm encountering the same issue my wifi and hotspot not turning on.

I have the same issue, guess I'll have to approach the consumer court. My phone just went out of warranty and the mother board is 20k in India.
