My ROG 5S can't use 5G

I bought this phone and excited it support 5G. Now, when most places I go already had access to 5G, my phone can't use the 5G that available in my region. Need solution ASAP. What phone that clearly said support 5G, but when the actual 5G available it can't be use.

5G spectrum as much as I know requires device model registration on the telecom's end. So even if a phone has and supports all 5g bands, it might not work if a telecom doesn't recognize the model. This used to be the case for me in India with two telecom not listing any asus phones as 5G supported sometime ago. It's upto Asus to take it up and register the 5S with your telecom.
