why wont my game genie work?

its been a few days since i tried playing on a couple of games such as (PUBG,CODM, Minecraft,etc) but i cant seem to use my game genie shortcut. i decided to check the Armoury Crate app and i cant seem to access my game genie. 

i was wondering if anyone else are experiencing the same problem im having? if do, please let me know on how to fix it
