@Ktk Start off by clearing cache files system-wide and then reboot your device.
Settings -> Advanced -> Mobile manager -> Cleanup
If the issue persists after rebooting your device, try rebooting in safe mode and see if you can enable Wi-Fi then.
Hold down power button to open the power menu -> Hold down the "Power off" button until asked if you want to reboot in safe mode
If you still can't enable Wi-Fi after performing the steps above, please contact a local ASUS service center and explain your issue to them, as your device might need to be serviced.
