Can i update my firmware on Asus ROG phone 5

I guys have such a problem, I now have a version of the system 18.0830.2101.86, And the update came to me The first of September 2020 and at the moment I have not come updates and now I want to update my phone to Android 13, but I don’t know how to do this, I tried to download the official file Updates to android 13 but it turned out so that the phone sees this updates, but when I click it updates, it flies out an error and I don't understand why help me please

The only way you can update is following the order: A11 > A12 > A13. One cannot jump from Android 11 to Android 13. The A13 update you downloaded won't upgrade if your version is A11 unless you have A12 then only it will work.

Oh, thanks you but where i can find the A12 update? On the Asus site i cant find it, I want to download the A12 update but i didn't understand where i can find this

The only way to get A12 if someone have it and share it with you. Unfortunately I don't have it with me or you can check xda developers to get the firmware and guide steps on how to.
