Within ONE YEAR I bought an ASUS ROG Phone 2 and 5s, Both didn't even last long. I was charging my 5s after a walk and when I grabbed my phone to check how many percent did it charged already, it was hot to touch and the screen wasn't turning on, charging indicator is still on but when I unplugged and re-plug it didn't turn on again. the heat emanating from the phone was gradually fading until it's stone cold. didn't turn on again, ever.
I read other people's exp about this same situation and it's not good, most of them regretted buying and the rest who doesn't have warranty are just straight up mad. In my exp, I had high hopes for Asus's Rog series but now I learned that Asus is just one of Money Hungry Company, f*** if they care, as long as they make money all is good, good ads yeah, good community, yeah, but as soon as s*** hit the fan, support team is not even that helpful. Pray I recover my files, smart phone my @$$
