Asus Rog Phone 5s can't update.

Hello, I already had Android 13 on my phone like 2 months ago, but after I sent the phone to warranty, they didn't want to fix it on the warranty, and when I got it back, it only had Android 12, and I can't update it either from the phone or the official website.

Based on the symptoms you've described, it appears to be more like a battery malfunction.
I would suggest you bring back your device to our service center for further confirmation.

And what about me? I don't hava any issues related to the battery.  At least not yet.
