Good afternoon ASUS team, I bought my phone 05/21/2022, was maintained at 11 out 10, never dropped or drowned, recently I was scrolling through the IG feed when phone just died in my hands, charge doesn't work, I was able to soft boot it, and it worked 1 day without issues but then died completely overnight. I'm out of warranty since it was offered only for 1 year, without going into details I'm in huge issues but more importantly it is not how $1200 phone should be working, I read whole forum apparently it's well-known issue, I have to understand if ASUS going to cover repair expenses which as most people say motherboard will be replaced, I have a lot of financial and not only data not backed up over 2 years on this device.
