Frequency of Occurrence: some apps work only when vpn is connected, otherwise just loading
APP Name & APP Version (If your issue relates to the app): bank apps, cod game, amazon prime app

Please provide more details regarding your issue.
1.Which firmware version are you currently on? Did it stop working after updating?
2.Is it happening to all apps or just certain apps?
3.Do you mean that apps don't work when you try to used them for example connected to WIFI.
