@Saifuddin Then it's possible your PC is the culprit, like in my case. If you have a second computer/laptop nearby, see if it works with that.

Not even Charging? Have you got the cooler to test with? If it doesn't work no real issue, just use the bottom one

It might need drivers but mine worked fine with whatever drivers windows installed
