ROG Phone 3 is not charging with official charger I tried factory resetting the phone it didn't help, kindly suggest me an action should I return the product? It's charging with other chargers and Asus charger is charging other devices fine, what kind of issue is this? I bought this phone after using a phone for 6 years so my hard earned money is in this kindly assist me.

If you got no reply from them, better send your phone to accredited asus service center which I did, they told me that a probable cause of not charging is due to a software glitch or bug from a recent update that features bypass charging that is all according to them. Don't wait for nothing if your phone has warranty then use it.

Im also facing the same issue, my phone is not charging with asus rog 3 charging brick while my phone is charging with another adapter

My phone is dead batt and i cannot charge the adaptor is still working on my other phone and i cannot update my software because i didn't charge it last night and now i cannot open it and it's not charging
