Headphone problem with AeroActive Cooler 3

Model Name:Rog 3
Firmware Version:WW-17.0823.2104.147
Rooted or not: No

My AeroAcrtive Cooler 3 working just fine ( fan , lights , headphone and charging )
yesterday while playing , I heard like a Finger snapping in my ear ech time my fingers touchs the back of the cooler , tried to re-plug the headphones and use another one , and same problem is the same , then the sound start to disapear once i touch the cooler ( meanwhile evey thing else is working like charging or fan or rgp lights )
there is no sign of any damages in phone slot location or the fan itself

UPDATE
Now , I got a msg
Please only use the rog phone 3's aeroactive cooler
Charging is working but Fan didn't work anymore and Rgp lights as well

Probably worth taking the aero cooler fan and the phone to service centre and have it checked out.
