Headphone converter not working.

Today I brought ROG 3, intially by using converter I listened music for half an hour. After that it's not working.eventhough of I connect converter,sound flows out of speaker.

Hi, sorry to hear about this.
Try this, before visiting to service cebter:
Try under safe mode - Hold power button for 5 seconds => When the screen flashes with option => Press & hold power option => You will get an option to restart in safe mode
Check if this is an issue with Single App or across device
Try on side port
Factory reset once after backing up your phone if possible.

Are you using the AeroActive cooler?
When this is being done, the bottom bort (the one where the cooler isnt attached to) cannot route audio data as it will be occupied by the cooler , even if nothing is plugged in.
