OTA update not working after converting to cn version {tencent} ww

My device came as cn version [tencent]. The vendor has uploaded the ww version software. My ota software update is not working and I was doing the updates manually. And now I can't update. This is a very bad situation. Please help. And now it's manually installed on my phone 31.0210.021 0.272 Version software installed Friends who know how to get the OTA update, please help me. Is there anyone who can help me live via WhatsApp?

you should be able to put the firmware downloaded from here: https://rog.asus.com/phones/rog-phone-3-model/helpdesk_download/

into the root of your phone and if you restart it it should detect it and you can install the update i used to do this on my rog phone 2 that had the same issue from the vendor also i think you should only buy these phones from the asus store and avoid buying these phones if there not supported in your country

It is no longer possible to update manually. Asus has removed this service.
