its normal. if it reaches 82% above that would be a problem.

My device did reach 84% just one time with 80% set as my limit. (I had it plugged in overnight)
But every 3-5 charges goes 1-2% over.

its normal. if it reaches 82% above that would be a problem.

Lolz .. I had set charging limit to 90% and battery reached 97% while charging this morning!!
