If a single Air trigger 3 on ROG phone 3 needs to be replaced, does it require total screen to be replaced or just the sensor ?

So I noticed one thing that when I watch movies in Netflix or Amazon prime, my phone gets very hot reaching temperature at 38 degrees, is this normal?Phone is very hot to touch.
