Everytime i try to plug my phone to PC or Auto Headunit, no pop up to do file transfer/ android auto doesnt pop up. does anyone know what can i do? i already reset my phone and still nothing happened

After a call, sometimes for some reason the call volume will not go away and the system will still think it's on call.So all the volume level are like when youre still on call. And the only way to fix this is by restarting and it's a hassle.Anyone ex...
