APTX/LDAC audio codecs are mot enabled

I have recently purchased oneplus buds pro TWS. But the problem is I am not able to select LDAC/APTX although both rog phone 3 and one plus buds pro support both these codecs. Could any one let me know how to solve this issue.

I saw a review somewhere that even 1+ nord series is not supported.
Only newer 9 series devices. Contact their support handle on twitter, they're promoting aggressively there.

when i'm looking for the spec of One Plus Buds Pro, they didnt inform that it support aptx and LDAC...
