Just got my phone back from Asus repairs and have called them about this issue but they had to escalate the problem but if anyone else knows that solution basically the Zenui Launcher keeps crashing and restarting randomly and the game genie feature is also doing the same thing and if I go into the settings it crashes there too. I tried clearing the app cashe and data but that doesn't resolve the problems. I had to disable the apps and use a 3rd party launcher but I'm not happy with either of those solutions. I didn't have this problem before sending the phone in for repair so I don't know why I have the problem now.

Mine is on Android 8 and the auto update doesn't go up to android 9 so that's strange.

What we want to know is when will the fixed bugs firmware come out. Since 2019/04/11 the new firmware hasn't been updated yet.

Bro the latest android version they served is 8.0 and it has so many bugs(include the bugs thag you mentioned) even the latest version 2019/4/11 Version WW-80.30.76.74 I think the Asus has already stopped to provide any further firmware update for zenfone 3 zoom. I'm really satisfied with the zenfone 3 zoom camera performance and battery using time but I'm so regret that I bought it recently because of the firmware.
