So, whenever I get new headsets to connect with my ASUS laptop, the sound gets really weird from the headsets. After I connect new headsets/headphones to my laptop, the sound that comes out from them is really glitchy. In the past, I had the same problem with 2-3 headsets, and I did troubleshooting to fix it, but now I can't just fix it. The sound is just glitchy and odd on the new ones, whereas the old ones work. It's not a problem with the headsets as it's always a problem whenever I connect new headsets to my PC.

May I know the full model name of the laptop you are using?
Have you confirmed that the BIOS has been updated to the latest?
Also, please confirm whether the audio driver has been removed and reinstalled?
If you have already confirmed the troubleshooting, I think it may be that the hardware of the audio jack is faulty, which causes abnormalities when connecting each headset.

I have the Asus tuf gaming, and I tried updating the Bios, but I just couldn’t completely figure it out. And I am not sure if the drivers have been removed and reinstalled. I don’t know if there is a problem with the jack because I have my other headsets which work fine.
