Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) at model FA506NC

Model: FA506NC

I'm pretty sure this is a Bluetooth error. Because during the driver update process, due to the display loss and loss of connection to both wifi and bluetooth, I updated the Bluetooth driver on the "MyASUS" app and checked in "Device Manager" and only saw this error appear in "Universal Serial Bus controllers". What should I do?
