I'm trying to activate an extended warranty for my G503QR and the website keeps saying "Server Busy, Try again later" and if I attempt to do it from the MyASUS App I get "Sorry, we haven't provided ASUS Premium Care yet at the moment" (poor English).
I know I have 180 days (minus the week I've had it) but this doesn't bode well on a $1800 laptop with an additional $150 warranty.
Also, web chat forwards to a FAQ page, so no help there. Email support gives me a 404 error, and Asus Official Twitter is not responsive (within business hours). I've been on hold with phone support for 20 minutes and still nothing.
Hello Pcltalian, Where did you buy the warranty extension? MyASUS or retailer? It seems to be sever issue in the region, may I have the link to check with relative team?
