System: TUF GAMING
So I got this laptop overseas and the fan is so noisy, Its like a jet and makes a rattle. I opened it up and cleaned the dust and specially the fan in one corner when i rotate it, like if I spin it with my hand and let it free spin it even makes a noise, the other fan corner does not do this. How can I fix it?
