I'm needing some help with StoryCube, I'm having issues trying to get it to work, I've given it quite a few tries since I got the laptop (ProArt P16 H7606WI) about a month ago but all I get are black screens, or black screens with the logo, it seems to be running in the back but nothing is happening, it looks like Microsoft Store installs an installer that doesn't install anything, if that makes any sense.
I'm attaching some pictures that should help understand the issue.
Any chance I can get directed to the actual StoryCube installer or any other ideas on how to make it work? It does not appear in the support & downloads page in Asus' website so I have no options available.
That's it, it does nothing else. It may just quit by itself at some point but otherwise it just stays like that.
Some help would be appreciated, thanks!

I would recommend referring to the last step in the following FAQ, which suggests uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it to see if that resolves the issue.
