I'm trying to register my ASUS Prime 2390-A motherboard and I keep getting told my serial number is incorrect. I bought the product from Aria on 05/07/19. Will provide receipt on request. I no longer have the box so used command prompt to find the serial number, I copied it from there and the website says it's invalid. It has never been repaired or tampered with in any way.
