Blake_ASUSHello, I am having the same issue. I registered my laptop to the wrong email due to a typo. I tried getting it fixed via the Asus support and they claimed to have fixed the issue, but my laptop is still not registered to my email.Dear all,
For such issue, of course I will help to check one by one.
But please kindly help to verify below items first because the registration issue is most likely related to them.
And the registration only affects warranty, which is based on purchase invoice, so no need to worry too much or hurry.
- made a typo mistake on email when registration
- product registered by your family
- if you have a proper invoice, the product might have been sold to someone else before you, please contact the seller if you have concern about this
