Product Registration Failed for my Second Hand Laptop

I bought Asus ROG X13 Flow (2021) 3 months ago and its been great. I bought it from a shop and I have its purchase bill and everything and when I tried registering the product I have got error saying "Product already registered". Can anyone let me know what should I do now?
