I am having an issue with the ProArt Creator Hub where it won't let me use my i1 Display Plus colorimeter. Support on the chat is zero help. Wanted to do a BIOS update when there is none, want to update ProArt Creator Hub there is none. And then suggested to do a factor reset on the OS. Come on now... take a little more time to troubleshoot. I even gave Devonna_J. the error code (0x20).
Anyone know how to get the ProArt Creator Hub to actually start a calibration? I reads the first 100% window and does a gray and black and quits and gives the error code 0x20
I created another local adminstrator account and it still does the same thing.
