I recently purchased a ProArt P16 (64gb) and am currently trying to add an additional m.2 4TB SSD (WD Black SN850X), but can't get it to be recognized anywhere on the machine. It doesn't show in the BIOS, Disk Management, Storage Spaces, MyASUS or Device Manager.
I've installed all Windows and MyASUS updates. I have tried moving the pre-installed SSD to the secondary slot, and using the new SSD in the main m.2 slot - the boot drive is still recognized, but the new SSD is still not showing, so I don't think there is a problem with the physical slot.
I have put the new SSD in to my desktop and it show in Disk Management immediately ready to be formatted, so I don't think there is a problem with the SSD itself.
I've done a full Windows reinstall to check. Still no change.
After several hours of troubelshooting, I'm kind of out of ideas. I'd really appreciate any other thoughts on what the problem might be here!
Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately, the single SSD slot on the H7606WI supports a maximum of 2TB.
If you install a larger SSD, we cannot guarantee its stability and compatibility.
Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.

Can you please point to somewhere in your available product information where that is specified? I'm now left with an expensive and incompatible SSD.

2TB is the maximum capacity that we have tested, which is provided for your reference.
