PC did not start correctly

Hi, My laptop cannot open and shown as attached photos. I tried many advanced options, but still cannot and don't know how to do. Please assist for this.

Choose "Advance options" and try Safe Mode, if your PC can login normally on that configuration, that means either app or driver cause the boot error.
