All consumer laptops are not recommended to work for 24 hours without giving rest.
So get assembled desktop for playing games, you should give break for the desktop at least 6 hours

One hour not enough, every processor in motherboard gets much heat after playing games without giving proper rest..
I would not recommend laptop playing..
