My Asus Tuf F15 both fans are at 0 rpm

Both CPU and GPU fans are at 0 rpm upon boot up. Temperature on CPU sits on 48-57C is that normal?
Bios Version is V. 311, And it only turns on if the temperature goes to 58C. Im at performance mode.

Plus MyAsus tells me that theres a fan problem.

it has been confirmed that this is caused by MyASUS' misjudgment. We expect to release the new version of MyASUS V3.1.7.0 in the Microsoft Store in mid-October, and it is recommended to update V3.1.7.0 before doing fan testing. Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.
