Keyboard not functioning correct

Hello,

I have ASUS TUF gaming A14, the keyboard started to do wrong inputs, as the FN+F6 is not working correct to take screenshot, and in the test in my asus app it shows input as L-Shift and S, and for the WIN key is not working is not giving any input and all other keys are working normally just these two and do not know what is the relation between them.
