Detailed description: So my device is ROG Zephyrus GA502DU and while playing some CPU intensive games the device reaches 100 degree celsius on CPU 90 on GPU, and starts thermal throttling. Since the device was in warranty period, I made a complaint regarding the same, the guy only cleaned the fans, and now even higher temperatures are being recorded, namely 78 degree celsius for GPU and 74 for CPU for games like VALORANT and CS: GO, which are comparatively very light. I've asked them to replace the heat sink but they keep saying that the heating issue is because of the fans and it would require diagnose each and every time a technician visits, while they simply can't just replace the heat sink or change the thermal paste. What should I do, should I seek help from outside and void my warranty?
