FX706HF lags in every game

A few days ago bought my son an ASUS F17 TUF gaming FX706HF. Installed every driver from ASUS Drivers and Utilities website, installed all of the rest drivers. I did everything including tweaking Nvidia menu and switching everything but still every game runs at 5 FPS. WTF ASUS is that supposed to be a gaming notebook?

Have you tried restoring the system to its default settings and checking again?
