FN+Arrow Keys no longer change aura brightness of the keyboard Asus TUF A15 FA506QM

Model: ASUS TUF Gaming A15 FA506QM
BIOS: 311
s/n M4NRCX02N******
I have the same problem as everyone, every single fn key work, except from the fn arrow up/down to change the aura brightness of the keyboard.

Also, after updating the BIOS to version 311, the serial number in BIOS seems to have been changed to a wrong one: SSN123456789012345
