Greetings
I bought an ASUS TUF Gaming laptop recently about 3 weeks ago from Malaysia. Once I created an account at MyASUS, I was unable to register my product as a message popped up claiming that the device is already registered. Its worthy to mention that the device I bought is brand new and no one has ever used it before me. I can attach the proof of purchase and address any needed information for registering the device to my account. Hoping to find a solution to my problem in the near future.
