BIOS Recovery

record video through smartphone and upload the video here, record all steps that you have taken.
i need to see the video, then only i can understand the actual problem.

Flash Driver has BIOS for my laptop, it is in format FAT32

just now I seen this video, download the correct bios firmware according to laptop model number and unzip the downloaded file and copy extracted file to pendrive .
what is the correct bios model of laptop.
