battery indicator Doesnt say (plugged in, charging) while charging

Battery or AC: AC
Model: AMD Ryzen 7 4800h,16gb ram
Frequency of occurrence: About two days after buying
Reset OS: no

Detailed description：
battery bar before connecting charger is shown below
when charger is connected ,it Doesnt say (plugged in, charging) , at first it shows nothing as shown below
and then after sometime, it only says the time which is left to full charge but Doesnt say (plugged in, charging) as shown below
and also the battery optimisation modes doesnt appear when charger cable is unplugged as shown below.

Hi there,
I would say it is normal.
The assumption of time would not show immediately, it take some time for the device to detect and assume.
As long as there is the plug icon beside the battery when you plug in the adapter and the device is really charging, there is nothing to worry about.
Please charge your laptop to a higher level and then unplug to see if the optimization bar shown.
