battery flat fast

Batery flat very fast. Within 2 hour, the battery status from 100% to 64% . How to solve . 

I open Whatapp web , Gamil and outlook . and without doing any window file.

May I ask which model of phone you are using?
I suggest trying to restore the system. If the issue persists, there is a higher possibility that it is caused by battery aging.
