Updated Bios on Asus ROG Strix B550-i was greeted with a blacked out display.
Updated from BIOS Version 1401 to Version 2423.
I have tried the troubleshooting steps of resetting CMOS on the board by activating the two pins. No luck.
Tried to revert to Version 1401 using the flashback USB port. No luck.
Is it possible this is a Gen 3 Riser cable issue that somehow the BIOS update overrode settings that allowed me to use a Gen 3 riser cable with an RTX 30 series card and Ryzen 5 5600x?
Everything powers on - exhaust fans and gpu fans spin up and there is no error light on the motherboard, but no display.
